Boutique Orders & Care
We ensure that all luxury items are prepared and packaged with the utmost care before leaving our boutique. Given the delicate nature of fine watchmaking and precision optics, we kindly ask that you inspect your pieces upon collection or delivery.
Exchanges or returns for unworn timepieces and pristine eyewear are considered within fourteen days of receipt, provided all original packaging, certificates, and protective seals remain fully intact.
